Become a part of the High Cotton Kids Consignment Show and bring all of your high end gently used children’s items to our consignment marketplace! Consignors earn 65% of their total sold items less an $8.00 registration fee. Please review the important information below, then go to Register & Tag to get started.

Consignor Special Incentives

Referral Incentive

• Refer a friend to sign up as a consignor, and you can choose to have your registration fee waived or receive a $5.00 voucher to be used at the show. Your friend must be a new consignor to our show (never consigned with us) and show up with their items at check-in. They must list your name in the "referred by" line when they register.
  

E-mail Blast

• Email blast 10 friends to tell them when and where the consignment show is, and copy us on it at info@highcottonkids.com and your name will be entered in a drawing to win a $25 Gift Certificate to the show!
  

Check-in

• After you have registered, login and schedule a check-in time to drop-off your items.
  

• Bring your tagged items, sorted by size and gender, to our consignment marketplace during the designated times. 
  

• Print your INVENTORY Sheet and please bring this with you to check-in.
  

• All consignors will need to complete an Information Sheet and Consignor Agreement at your check-in time. We will inspect your items while you wait so please make sure you allow time for this.
  

Preview Party

All Consignors who consign a minimum of 10 items are invited to attend the PREVIEW PARTY on Wednesday, February 22nd from 6 to 8pm. You will receive two party tickets at check-in, so plan to bring a friend or your mother to shop with you!

Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are crucial to a successful show. We greatly value our volunteers and their time! After you have registered, login and view the volunteer schedule for available two hour time slots. Volunteers also get first access to the show and are able to attend the PREVIEW PARTY!

• Sign up to volunteer for one shift and your $8.00 registration fee will be waived! Each shift is two hours and we will have several shifts to choose from. 
  

• Sign up to volunteer for two shifts and your $8.00 registration fee will be waived and you will receive a $10.00 voucher to be used at the show.
  

• You do not have to be a consignor to volunteer. Go to Register & Tag, click the blue button at the bottom and follow the prompts. If you are not a consignor, you must sign up for at least one shift PRIOR to the Preview Party to be able to shop early. If you are a Volunteer Only, you will receive one ticket to shop early.
  

Pick up unsold items

• Unless you have agreed to donate your unsold items, all consignors are responsible for picking up their items by 4pm Sunday, February 26th.  All unsold items not picked up will be donated.
  

• If you would like to donate your unsold items we will be taking the items to two local charities. Please indicate that you would like to donate your items as you are entering your tag information.
  

Receiving Payment

Track your sales online! View which items sold at our show prior to receiving your check. All consignors will receive a check for 65% of your total sales, less a $8.00 administration fee. Volunteer for one shift and have your $8.00 administration fee waived! Checks will be mailed within two weeks of the show dates.
